You're right. If you go to your local road race to watch your friend finish, the sight of 10 Africans floating into the finish is awesome. But week after week of 10 Africans finishing in the top 10 gets boring. There used to be diversity- a couple Africans, a couple Europeans, a NZlander or two and some Americans.
