From what I can see in the images it looks like there won't be any room for it. The trend in NFL stadiums is to put the fans closer to the field, which leaves no room for a track. The would probably have to build the track under the first rows of seats and make them removable. If anyone has any more info about using this facility for track post it. I'd love to see it.
