Backing off the quality when I'm not feeling it as I ramp up the mileage. Felt great in my Friday quality workout. M 5 EZ T 10 steady (7:15 pace). snow on the bikepath so I had to hold back. couldn't get a good tempo pace going. W AM 5 EZ PM 6 EZ with some random fartlek T 5 EZ Fri 10 total 2 mi tempo (6:24); 400 jog; 5*1k at 5:54 pace (with 2 min jog recoveries) Sat 5 recovery Sat 15 long. kept it easy effort.
