VF Runner - great week, the Thurs session was quality. I'm with Pablo regarding a day off putting some snap back into your legs, might be worth a go.

Pablo - very smart recovery week, you must still have a big smile on your face following the 68min 1/2M last weekend. I'm still seriously impressed.

Cyhawk - great long run on Saturday. Best of luck at Hyannis next weekend. Is Paul's Pizza still going in Falmouth? I still dream about their garlic pizza.

Goal Race: Bath 1/2M
Goal Time: ??

M - 5 easy / 8 easy
T - 13 (incl. 3 x (4-3-2-1 min), half duration recoveries, 3 min between sets, 5:32-5:42-5:31-5:10m/m avg on an undulating route)
W - 13 easy
T - 8 easy
F - 7 (incl. 5k time trial - 16:55, 5:26m/m avg)
S - 8 easy (incl. 8 strides)
S - 21 (3M - 7:31m/m, 9.5M - 6:48m/m, 8.5M - 6:18m/m; hilly, mainly off-road route)

Total: 83M

Decent week, feels like I'm getting into reasonable shape. Not sure what time at Bath would convince me to do London Pablo, guess I'll just see what the numbers say after the race and how I feel about it.
