Body: Keep up the mileage and you'll be sub 26. Don't listen to the above poster, I ran 120-130 mpw when my 8k was 31 min and got it down to 27:40's and got all the way down to 25:09 after regularly running 140 mile weeks. Slowly get the miles high, and then slowly introduce faster work (starting off with a faster portion a couple runs per week, then building up to tempos/fartleks and then race-specific work).
