This thread has been probably the worst SUNYAC threads in awhile. Anyway what do you think of the performances this past weekend going into SUNYAC's?

5000m news: Lee seemed off his game in the 5k, still not a bad time but didn't look so healthy after the race either. Eddie wasn't afraid to mix it up getting after it with a new college PR. Oswego's Finest Dylan Hardwick didn't have to venture to a banked track to throw down a monster time of 15:09 on Cornell's track. Peter Francia was also able to hit an ECAC time(15:13) at Cornell. Other 5k results this week included Cohen Miles-Rath (unat-Geneseo)15:03, Ryan Millar (Plattsburgh)15:06, John Longo (Oneonta)15:07, Pat Wortner (Geneseo)15:09, Tom Hopkins (Cortland)15:18, Josh Mitchell (Plattsburgh)15:19, Chris Mateer (Geneseo)15:37.

Mile news: Boston also seemed to pay off for most of the SUNYAC milers. Leading the charge was Tom Clark (Geneseo)4:15.04 who looked real smooth taking the lead before being edged at the line. Cody Amengual (Cortland) threw down a solid 4:15.24 mile followed by a 1:55.28 800 later in the day. Pat Fannon (Cortland) won his heat in 4:17.24 and closed in a 59.6 for the final 400. The real question is who will actually run the mile at SUNYAC's?

Avery's now back in the saddle with a 15:04 at Kent state. Looks like we're gonna have a fun sunyac race on our hands with almost 10 guys under 15:20.
