Subject: The Last 300 meters of a 5k
Body:

Question about the last 300 meters of a 5k. When you're fit, and you can run 5k pace without being on the brink of death, and you are fit enough to absolutely light it up the last 300 meters, is that final sprint more anaerobic than aerobic?

To me, it feels anaerobic, basically like running a 300 all out with a light warmup.
