Title IX. Strikes again. Goes something like this: "Hey girls, I know you have never played squash, handball, or rowed before, but would you like a full scholarship for any of these? It's a gift from title IX! We got the funds for these programs by cutting several successfull mens programs. Neat, huh? Well, see you at practice, and don't worry about getting in shape or our row, squash or handball team being winners. We just need to shhow up.
