The better question is, if you have the discipline to train the way you must be to achieve those times, why wouldn't you just drop ten?

All you would have to do is add two 1/2 hour all body lifting sessions a week plus two 5 mile jogs-- heck walks-- and eat two tbs almond butter before bed, one whey protein shake before breakfast.
