seriously, that's dumb. even amping up to 100mpw would be a bit much from 60mpw, but at least a little more reasonable and probably more likely to maintain without getting injured. you're probably just running junk mileage and it won't even be beneficial to you, but rather hinder your possibilities for improvement. we improve by recovering from the work we do. you will never be able to fully recover if you keep amping it up that much. the only possible way you could be recovering from that is if all the time you are not running, you are sleeping or eating like a champ. chances are you are not. the typical american lifestyle does not suit that kind of training. good luck. let us know when you're injured or burned the F out.
