I was 211 in September 2011. Friday I was 178. I've barely been running at all. Cutting out cookies and chocolate bars completely and severely curtailing my ice cream has done most of the work for me. I walk around a lot at work--always at a fast pace. And my bread/carb intake is down as is over all portion size.
