You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: irun Subject: RE: Galen Rupp Has NO CHANCE At Lagat's 2 Mile AR Body: well, he just ran 3:57 to out-kick mo farah, he's averaged 63's for 5000m pace in the past (this last summer), and he probably has more strength now than this time last year (when he ran 13:11i? also 63's) so if he could run 62's, that would be somewhere around 8:16-8:20 2-mile pace. II guess he would have to average under 62 to have a chance. that's maybe 3 seconds slower than his mile pace right now? Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
