Body: Dawson was in charge of the women. Li took the top all-America runners to train with him. For her it was all or nothing. Simple difference in opinions and coaching philosophies and Li is the head coach. Their top distance women have at least one more year and they are strong dedicated runners and will still have success. The incoming classes will not be as strong certainly.
