I clocked in at 231.4 this morning. I had good workouts this week. I ran 4 miles on the treadmill saturday at 10 minute pace, with the last mile at 8 minute pace. I felt good. I also benched pressed 260 lb. The increased strength is as encouraging as the lost weight and improved running. I suppose at some point though I will have to choose between running and increasing my bench press. Maybe I'll train for next years pump and run?
