Kept an eye on the online updates, went for my long run, then watched the tape delay race on TV! Felt real happy for the winners, felt awful for Ritz. The women are all tough as nails! Had a good 71.4 mile week here. Thinking about another little run tonite. We got blasted with about 9" of Winter weather on Thursday but we have been spoiled so far.
