How many low 2:09s is this for Meb? He's got this thing pegged!
There's today's 2:09:08, of course, and then there are these 2:09s:

952 2:09:13 Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 6 New York City 06.11.2011

970 2:09:15 Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 1 New York City 01.11.2009

1031 2:09:21 Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 9 London 26.04.2009

1094 2:09:26a Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 5 Boston 19.04.2010

1420 2:09:53 Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 2 New York City 07.11.2004

1458 2:09:56 Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 3 New York City 06.11.2005
1458 2:09:56a Mebrahtom Keflezighi USA 05.05.75 3 Boston 17.04.2006

There was also a 2:10:03 at Chicago 2003, good for 7th.

This makes eight 2:09s for Meb, with an Olympic silver medal, a win at New York, and a handful of podium finishes at major marathons to show for it. He's certainly fantastic at running races to win or medal. I'm not sure if he would've run much faster than 2:09 on a fast, rabbited course, but he has remarkable longevity and consistency at one of the most unpredictable events in any sport.
