Poster: Different Strokes
Subject: RE: Yuki Kawauchi is a bada$$
Body:

Hall and Kawauchi have different styles. When Hall gets in a groove he goes on a steady auto-pace; a smooth run flow.

Kawauchi has no auto-pace. He runs at whatever pace he feels he can go, and then goes faster than that; an until-I-drop-dead-pace.

If Hall and Kawauchi make it to the Olympic marathon this is what I would like to see:

Hall hits his zone and feels great at 22-23 miles running 2:05 pace.

Kawauchi runs 2:06 pace at 22-23 miles and then goes for his death run.

Hall becomes Kawauchi's target.

It doesn't matter who wins or what place they finish. The battle to the finish is what I want to see.
