yes he said American and that means only white people. Foreigners seems to apply to europeans and africans alike. I guess that makes him a bigot, because he thinks it's kind of dumb to coach at an American school and then build your team out of non-Americans. What coach would even want to do that? I mean, who would want to hire a guy who's success is only built on bringing foreign athletes to a team?
Typical liberal response though- calling someone a racist. You probably support Obama and think he's being treated unfairly.
