Did it work for you? I wa supposed to get the shot. Got to the place to get it done and my school insurance wouldnt pay for it. So I just left. Anyways heres a racing with loss of coordination story. It was this morning. Distance was 5k. Made my leg give out 2 days ago by pressing hard the last 2 miles of a run. As I was warming up for the race i could already feel my leg not being right. People with the same problem know what I'm talking about. Well race starts and Im in the lead pack of 4 for the first 400 meters. One guy breaks off so I follow. He seemed to slow a little after 800 so i take the lead. Thats a big mistake. Never do all the work with sciatic problems. It makes it harder. Well he wan't about to take the lead so I kept on trucking. Hit the mile in 5:01 and felt the ame way I did as I started. 2nd place drafting off me still. I didnt mind. Leg starts to lose coordination at 1.8 miles. It comes on gradually. It was severe by 2.2 miles. I couldnt run worth a shit with my leg just being stiff and not bending back all the way. I tried my hardest to keep going fast. Hit 2 miles in 10:03. I only had to run .2 of mile 2 with a messed up leg though. Mile 3, I am complete shit. Looking like a damn idiot. Running as hard a I can for a 5:23 or so mile. Not tired at all but my leg won't respond/work/function correctly. 200 meter to go and I'm still in the lead. Ready to start my all out kick o I go ahead and take a peak back. See peeps like 100 meters behind me. Looked evern stupider trying to sprint. Almost fell down a bunch of times because my leg wouldnt bend at all on some strides. Won the race with 15:52. Oh and a dog was running most of the race with me but dropped back after 2 miles. I gave him my water after the race lol. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
