Slightly different (1:00 rest was 200m jog), and I wouldn't average quite as fast. Here's what I make of it: If you're decently fast and not great with endurance it probably doesn't mean much. Maybe worth 1:58 - 2:01. If you're a well-rounded 800-1500 guy, it's probably worth 1:53 - 1:57 If you've got good endurance but not great top speed, it could be worth 1:51 - 1:55. Not that it's worth anything, but I was the third example. Ended up low 1:50's, but also low 3:40's. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
