Body: was it windy? and were you with others?
today I was supposed to run the 800 at a meet about 90 minutes away, we get about 10 minutes away, & the meet director calls saying the meet is cancelled. I prepared for this meet for a while, i even took yesterday off to run a good time today.
so after the 80 minute drive home, i decided to hit a pretty hard anaerobic workout, what i did was 20x200m with a minute rest (a minute walking)
this averages out to 28.59 each. Any feedback on this workout? too much rest? too many repeats?
& can anybody guesstimate what kind of 800m shape i'm in?
