USATF has done all the meet management and promotion of Millrose for the last two editions. To counter your point, FastTrack is in Birmingham, and they fill up the Crystal Palace, Ostrava is run by a Slovakian (based in Slovakia), and Rieti's meeting director is in Monaco more than anywhere else.
