ID, I've been hesitant to bring this up, but now really might be a good time for it, if it strikes you as a potential idea. I can give you information on the right way to take probiotics and do a good intestinal cleanse. I say good information because it comes from first hand experience and listening to some experts about "the state of the art" recently. I will relate what I know if there is interest.

Still curious if you have investigated the stress reaction possiblity and if you got some Osteo Bi-Flex.

BTW, it's been a week since Boston, but my quads are still feeling fatigue. It gets better every day, but Boston really does beat you up, especially the downhills, if pretty much all you train on is flat!
