In Oregon Stuart Eagon never won a title, neither did Ryan Vail...why you might ask, because Rupp was around. I'm excited that this kid is staying local, kid might be an all timer...as impressive as it is that the kid knows how to win...hard to compared him against others based off of state competitions...IMO.
