Teg's got a way to go, but that's a nice step up from the 13:25 he did last year before ending his year. Good starting point for him. Solinsky might be in close to pr shape. Lagat is just that good still. That's 11 seconds better than anything Mottram has run since 2008...so while obviously not neccesarily encouraging yet, it's a hell of a lot better than his last two years which must have been hell. He's headed in the right direction at least. Decent run for Nelson...just under 8 seconds off his pr, but for March not too shabby. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
