Euro,

First thanks for clarifying on the Tempo Runs. I'm definitely going to run 3 1/2 on this coming Tuesday and possibly 4 if I'm feeling good. I'll start out a little faster also as the 6:35 pace this past Tuesday felt quite easy.

Second, with so many elements being added to my training this week and also considering the fact that I haven't missed any sessions, I'm actually focusing more on consuming a few more calories to keep my energy levels up. Combined with the fact that sleep has been tough this week (all 3 of our children have been sick :( ) and I think I'm making a good choice.

Coincidentally, I jumped on the scale this morning right after my morning 8 before rehydrating and eating and I was at 166.8, so I'm holding the line.

When I adjust a bit more to the training load and hopefully find more than 6 hours to sleep at night, I'll get back to around a 500 calorie deficit and get the weight below 165.
