I would agree that he is fairly underrated. Coming out of high school in 2008 with such big names as Fernandez, Derrick, Puskedra, Finnerty, and Lowe, he was definitely a talent, but didn't quite have the high school pedigree of those guys. At N.C. State he has quietly improved every year and has certainly made his case for being mentioned along side those he graduated with.

I believe he had a few off races this past year during cross country at his conference and regional meets, after his win at Paul Short I think people were expecting big things. So that could be why people are not as high on Hill as they are on others. But a big talent for sure, heck of a range, should be top ten in NCAA cross next year.
