I'm not so sure, and I'm a HUGE Sammy fan. He was drunk and upset and messed up big time. But this is Kenya, a hugely corrupt country, and Sammy is famous and wealthy. While the charges are serious, besides the guards face and hand, no one was physically hurt. The guard will be paid well, and the wife will forgive him eventually. Sammy will be given some mundane form of punishment, hopefully smarten up and be on the roads in due course. No frame up, simple domestic drama, no shots fired..all will end well!
