Police would go to the accused house and ask his poor neighbors, who are actually jealous of his stardom, about the accused. the poor neighbors always dont tell the truth.it always takes the police 20 or less minutes to conclude their investigations. and for Xavier Carter, i believe that he is arrogant and likely to commit a crime. He probably smokes weed! i wouldnt be surprised if that surfaces.
