1. Make foot muscles stronger to remove tension from fascia ligament (like two bow strings). Hold feet muscles firm.
2. Stretch foot, ankle, knee, hip simultaneously: leg PERPENDICULAR TO HIPS, toes up, knee straight; rotate foot/leg out while pulling outside edge foot/pinky toes; rotate foot/leg inside while pulling inside edge foot/big toes. Repeat. Stretch releases 2-joint muscle-tendons.
3. Upon awaking, BEFORE TAKING A STEP, fold legs indian style, deep massage each foot bottom using heel of opposite foot.
4. Take natural Bromelain enzyme 500mg 2x daily between meals.↲
