Being able to train with Alex and Nicole instead of by herself appeared to be a springboard to big improvements, but it didn't turn out that way. It was a successful year, but after years in the public eye more was expected by most (and probably unfairly). She is a great runner, just not the one that I thought she was back in 2008.
