Let's get serious folks. Jordan Hasay just ran an Outdoor PR at 3K. It obviously wasn't her greatest race ever (she finished 9th), but she was the top American and she continues to improve, so let's be happy for her. I just don't get all these negative posters here. The glass is at least half full and LR posters continue to show that they are Sick people.

Let's get serious back at you. It may be a PR, but as a JR in HS she went 9:52.13 for 3200, which is ever so slightly a faster pace over a longer distance. I doubt she's thinking, oh i PR'd at a slower pace over a shorter distance than i ran 2 years ago.

That said being negative is stupid, she's a great runner who had a very solid freshman campaigne. But if ever there was a PR to NOT be happy with, this would be it. Now the pace or conditions may have played a factor, but just going off time this is not a real PR in my book.
