Body: There has been no world junior in the IAAF list capable of beating Robby for 2 years. He would be the #2 qualifier if he declares for the USATF Nationals. He presently is the #16 SENIOR 800m runner in the world, and is poised to move into the IAAF 800m ALL TIME World Junior List tomorrow. He doesn't belong wasting his effort in Juniors.
