Webb just looked soft in '08 and '09. Not fat, just a little soft. That is not a good look for a runner. Either be rail thin or have a decent amount of muscle, but fat spells disaster for any potential great runner.

As for Solinsky, I wouldn't worry about him lacking strength. He is probably still the strongest American distance runner out there, and in an MMA tournament he would definitely win given his wrestling base.

This 26:59 is nothing but good for his potential at the shorter distances. Solinsky is still a beast, just a somewhat leaner beast.
