Body: The story seems a bit suspicious to me. It's plausible but I find it hard to believe he's out running in Austin with a gun regularly because he's afraid of coyotes. Perhaps he did see a coyote and thought, "hmmm I'll go shoot it and it will help me get reelected." Perry like most politicians is pretty good with the pr.
