Today we have some sprints, and tomorrow we're doing an easy pool workout. No idea on Thursday or Friday. Last race Saturday @ Fresno State.

I'm extending my season one more week, and I'll be at the Occidental Invite next Saturday.

Summer training someone mentioned...
I CAN'T WAIT!

Long runs galore. I'm shooting for 85-100 mpw.

Build a great base.
Have a great xc season running unattached.
