Body: Hey Eddy... I've been avoiding chiming in too much. All the native letsrun.com bozos who hate this thread might start going crazy. Training and racing have been going well. I had a good indoor season where I was able to race 1-1K and 5 Indoor mile races. I've been concentrating on strength and building aerobic capacity rather than speed. Last year I did a lot of track work trying to get fast but had trouble in the latter stages of the 1500 because I had not much of an aerobic base. I've logged a lot more miles. I post all my races on mastersrankings.com We're just starting to do more 1500m race specific workouts. So I anticipate my times to be dropping. Thanks for posting your workouts. Your doing great!
