how many highschoolers run sub 15? 2 or 3? jim rosa, lukas verzbicas, and craig lutz can? sub 16 is elite in highschool. Obviously sub 15 is even better, but so few can actually do it that saying "14-15 is elite for most high schoolers" makes it sound like 14's are a much more common occurrence than they actually are.
