If an athlete cannot reach the top clean, but can reach it with drugs, what is he or she really risking in taking drugs? If he/she doesn't get caught, fame and fortune await. If he/she does get caught, all that happens is a two year suspension. So what? Without the drugs the athlete wouldn't have done anything major anyways. Once caught, it's deny, deny, deny and see you in two seasons.
