I was always a bit more muscular...I benched over 200 my sophomore year of high school and just never had the real super skinny distance runner build. I am near 170 right now but am looking more towards 150 now. I ran 9:27 for 3200 at 155, and then dropped ten pounds when I went to college (Ivy League XC and Steeple). Just take things VERY gradual if you are trying to lose weight. You should be able to drop 15 lbs. through dieting alone OP. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
