The LunarGlide is an update to the LunarTrainer. The upgrade to the LunaRacer is the LunaRacer 2 and should be available next year. The Glide should be a bit less cushioned than the LunarTrainer but in turn will be more rugged. The minimalist upper (designed to mimic the old Waffle shoes) is replaced with a nice, seamless upper with flywire that should give great fit and lockdown. The Lunar foam is a different combination than the Trainer, giving it more life and less cushion, while the outsole is adding some more traditional elements for traction.
