I have to HUGELY disagree with you. In fact I concurred with an Egoscue, CHEK practitioner and Al Meilus who is in Tampa and the inventor of robotic muscle lengthening therapy for many pro teams (smartest muscle person i know)..

Most athletes have a FTP, but close to neutral. I have an exagerated one due to hip flexors that overpower my legs. In any research it is imperative to maintain a neutral pelvis....not posterior (butt tucked)..but neutral. MY 3 guys say it is all in the pelvis.

Also look up Eric Cressy and see what he has to say about LOWER CROSS SYNDROME!! that is what i am talking about. That would relieve excess tension on the quads, calves, low back
