I was never given any anti-inflammatories. I was given perecocet which i took for 3 days and then just 1 tablet at night the first 10 days.

I have been taking systematic enzymes for inflammation. It seems I inflame about every 3-4 days when I push it too hard. It is getting less and less. The good thing is that when i excercise it feels better whereas before the more i did the more it hurt.

I am speaking with him on Monday (Meyers). He left me a VM to call him on Monday to check in on my progress. I think i will see if i can get an anti-inflammatory so I can push through these every 3 day things

I am starting to do alot of core/stability training. I am standing on 1 leg....swiss ball sitting with 1 arm/1 leg up...unweighted squats.....adduction/abduction flexion/extension with 2.5 pound weights...Also started my egoscue excercises.
I am amazed how weak my legs are. I can walk great and stuff but I am calling on alot of smaller muscles that are unused and at the end of the day my legs (quads/adductors) are shaking....Also my hip muscles are real sore too from all the mobility excercises that i have not done in 5 years (adduction/abduction)...So my whole pelvic girdle is sore from work...

I am starting to enjoy doing more stretching/strengthening instead of all cardio.

Today I am doing real well. Worked 8 hours plus 2 hours at the gym before work Aches and pains periodically all day but no biggie.
