I have been massaging the adductors since day 3. Meyers says to do so. I had my NMT massage as close to them as he could on day 5 and day 12. At day 19 he did them and went into them like he would any other muscle. I think i may have erred on that one because the muscle had cuts in it to promote new vascularity. (i believe thats what the OR report stated. Anyways, between that, the damp weather and my dog dying I was inflammed big time. Yesterday was less and today is nil. I also have refocused my approach on more stretching and strenghtening of my legs/core and less cardio. Most of you guys are in good shape. I am not. I am an ex-boxer who has not been able to steadily worked out for 4 years. i have sporadically worked out and paid for it...but the last 2 years I was in bed most of the day due to edema in the leg.

MY adductors popped last night and feel great today. i dribbled up and down the court about 6 times and it felt goos. My plantar fasciatis hurts more than my AP now. I also am getting new aches daily as new muscles are being recruited to support my core. That i can live with. In about 3-4 months I will be down 35 pounds and a new man.

MY surgery site feels great. Minimal tightness left. After the scar pop..adductor burned a little....Nice today.
