Body: dang eddy, you've made huge strides since last time i was on here. boingo, as always your workouts make me think you are ready to dip under 4. i was really sick for 2 weeks and am trying to claw my way back. earlier this week i was supposed to do 4x1000m in 2:43 with 3 min rest, which turned into 2:45, 2:50, 2:55 and then getting cut off. today was better. 2x6x400m with 90s between reps and 3 min between sets. 66 the first set with a few 65s, 65s the second set with a few 64s at the end. if i run the 1500m next weekend, i'll be shooting for about 4:05. if i can do that and stay healthy i know i'll be able to shave off the 6 seconds.
