Subject: RE: My goal of sub 4:00 1500-I will not stop until I reach my goal.
I consistently ran around 50 mpw over the summer that included usually 1 long run, 1-2 tempo runs/hill workouts, and 3-4 easy days every week.
Today I ran a 13 min 3200 and a 6 min 1600.
My legs felt trashed but still. Wow. And there were people who beat me running around 30 mpw.
This is depressing. But I'll just keep working hard and hope I can improve.
