Well people seem to forget that Fernandez needed a full ride and Oregon didn't have one available. So he didn't have a choice to make if you're implying that he may have chosen Oregon. So with Oregon out of the picture as an option where was he supposed to go better than Oklahoma St. in terms of running? They have top talent, high end depth and there coach seems pretty good.

So in my opinion it seems like a great choice without the benefit of hindsight.

And if Jordan is as smart as some people are complaining she is, than she probably weighed out her choices pretty heavily. People tend to bash Oregon like they don't even study there or something. That is pretty ridic. to me. As an undergrad you can get the same foundation that you would in 90% of universities around the country, and if you are inclined to go further than that, well you have the foundation to build off of. I know that there law school and environmental science programs are quite strong.
