I broke 4 for the 15 yesterday. I did a workout consisting of 2minute rest off 62 second 400s times 10. Did this workout show potential to break 4? How fast can I run a 15 by the end of the season? BTW, I'm not a fan of Eddy Lee and don't think the punk will break 4....ever.
