Do you feel the need to run one of the intense "peaking workouts" if you're racing every week? Or can you simply use meets for this purpose? (800-4x400 or 400-4x400, etc)
If you are training through some early season race days, I would use the race day to double and triple and sub as one of the speed endurance workouts. I would do one other peaking session and then have the third workout during peaking season be something like 800-300 workout where you are running some hard 300s after draining your CP system.
Every runner is different, but for me I only needed about 2-3 weeks of this to start peaking. If you are looking at indoors where you championship races are not for 7-8 weeks I wouldnt start going hard until Feb 1. I would be doing 5*800m on tuesdays, 4mile tempo plus 5*200 on thursday and 2-3 races as training on saturdays--as a coach i would also tell the athlete you are NOT expecting wins every race.
