Subject: RE: Gluten Free 2/1/09: Help a LetsRunner out
Body:

Rice Chex are gluten free, a recent switch over. Be careful with cereals as most contain malt flavoring, just because it says rice or corn in the name doesn't mean it is gluten free. Another big thing is to re-check labels often. Just because an item is gluten free doesn't mean it always will be. This happened to me with corn pops a few years ago.

As for foods to get in now, if you leave close to NY make sure you get all the bagels you can because gluten free bagels are pretty awful. If you don't live near NY, you probably won't notice a difference.

Good luck.
